Verde Scianatico

Obiettivo principale del progetto è il recupero e la riqualificazione dell'area, situata in Via Amendola, seguendo una linea guida data dal connubio tra Architettura e Natura. L'intervento prevede la creazione di spazi verdi dedicati prettamente allo studente e alle sue attività extra-universitarie. Sono state ideate infatti aree in cui lo studente può dedicarsi allo studio immerso in un contesto naturale che prevede la creazione di un laghetto artificiale al centro della suddetta area. E' prevista inoltre la realizzazione di un fabbricato che prevede al suo interno un bar, una biblioteca con aree studio e uffici amministrativi. Si è pensato infine data l'elevata estensione dell'area esistente, di sfruttare la zona che precede la piazzetta per la realizzazione di aree parcheggio. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The main objective of the project is the restoration and redevelopment of the area, located in Via Amendola, following a guideline given by the combination of architecture and nature. The project involves the creation of green space dedicated purely to the student and his activities outside the university. They are designed in fact areas where the student can devote themselves to study immersed in a natural environment that provides for the creation of an artificial lake at the center of this area. It 'also planned the construction of a building that provides inside a bar, a library with study areas and administrative offices. It is thought finally given the high extension of the existing one, to take advantage of the area that precedes the square for the realization of the parking areas.
