The project is located in Eumseong County, North Chungcheong Province in South Korea. Best known for being the birthplace of UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon. The golf was plan as a green jewel. The Golf Club House is widely open to the surrounding nature, integrated in his milieu using of wood and stone from the facade to the inner spaces. Dongbu Corporation appointed PARAFE to review the project designed by MAI architects and to provide outdoor facade finishing and interior design alternatives. From the proposal from PARAFE, just stone facade and inner ceiling wood structure were applied.
