Five dwellings which allow endless customisation possibilities, ready for turnkey delivery in eight weeks, complete with systems and foundations and furnished upon request, thanks to the partnership with Poliform. The first dwelling built and fully furnished with Poliform|Varenna products is situated in Franciacorta, an area in Brescia that is famous for its hilly landscape and for its vineyards. The house is called Casa Uno (literally, House number One): a compact and solid volume that develops over two storeys and affords optimal use of all the space, which also includes the roof, a privileged and exclusive den, which can be transformed into a large protected terrace. Un termine, ideato da Oliviero Toscani, che riprende le prime lettere del brand dell’azienda per arricchirsi di altre sfumature. Cinque unità abitative che si prestano ad infinite personalizzazioni, pronte per essere consegnate “chiavi in mano” in otto settimane, complete di impianti e fondamenta e, su richiesta, arredate grazie alla partnership con Poliform. Sorge in Franciacorta, terra bresciana famosa per il suo paesaggio collinare e per i vigneti, la prima abitazione realizzata ed interamente arredata con proposte Poliform|Varenna. Si tratta di Casa Uno: un volume compatto e massiccio che si sviluppa su due piani e permette uno sfruttamento totale dello spazio, che comprende anche il tetto, un privilegiato ed esclusivo pensatoio trasformabile in un grande terrazzo protetto.
