The theme for this project is urban renewal and its main purpose is to reinvigorate the old existing buildings, giving them a new purpose and use. The buildings chosen are those with a good infrastructure that can accommodate these new uses, such as the buildings of the former administration and warehouse storage of sugar, the building of boilers, the warehouse, the machine shop among others of Açucar União e Café Co. in Limeira, São Paulo.
