The project is developed in a Residential Housing in the City of Cancun, on a corner lot located in rectangular proportions, measuring 10.30 meters wide and 12.00 meters deep, with restriction of 5 meters in the front downstairs free for a garage and 3 meters in the back free for an area yard.1
It is a house commissioned by a client with specific needs based on their family life; this is why the architectural program extends over 3 floors, ground floor, 1st Level and Second Level.
The house facades make the interior working of the house stand out, as well as improving the location of the windows in a more strategically way in order to achieve cross ventilation and comfortable space for the circulation of the temperature which can be extremely high in cities such as Cancun City. Moreover, the orientation of the space is in a perfect agreement with the rest of the surrounding and neighborhood. The facades are in neutral colors and textures combine with strokes octagonal enclosure design and prisms to achieve movements in the house.
