In comparison to the existing building it not only realizes him a deep intervention and radical as it regards the fittings and materials but particulary in the inside organization. In general the whole existing building has been submitted to a scrupulous study to find the best architectural solutions with the purpose to suit it for the normative and the accessibility. The project is integrated with the urban and orientated to profit bythe bioclimatic conditions of the area using at the most the available orientations and the local materials that guaranteed a suitable durability with a least cost of maintenance.
