Waterfront RATAC

Ratac is a green zone between tourist settlements Sutomore and Šušanj, within municipality of Bar in the southern part of Montenegrin coast. Waterfront area that we designed is around 2,5km long walking path – Lungomare, that covers the area of 7 691,2 m2. Since Ratac is very beautiful natural landscape, dynamic mixture of stone, sand, clear water and pine woods, we tried to put walking path into this landscape without changing its order. Terrain is pretty problematic, so big constructive underground wall has to be made to fix the terrain. We thought it would be good to use this intervention as the base for our walking path-to attach lungomare to the wall.
