Kobe is inspired by the hyperbolic cylinder, a mathematic figure inspiring architecture and design since centuries. The architect „Vladimir Grigoryevich Shukhov“ was one of the pioneers in constructing buildings leaned on this principle. Kobe is also leaned on this principle but in a novel, dynamic kind of way. The aluminum disks, the center pieces of the lamp, can be varied in heights. By that, the silhouette as well as its cone of light are changed. This specialty makes kobe a suitable lamp for every room and taste . Set and modify kobe to make its appearance to be as you like it.
