The villa was a nobiliar big mansion, converted in a multi-use, free collective structure, with teaching rooms, conference hall, spaces for worship,food storage spaces and kitchens,collective dining rooms take place inside, related also to charity programmes and city festivals. The challenge was to operate inside and outside of an historical building, listed as a protected one by the Italian laws, a structure connoted by a strong duality between its shape and its functions. The restoration involved the facades, while a new external paving plus an internal elevator had been realized, allowing disabled people to use the entire structure.
