Born from the desire to offer a second chance to materials just come to the end of their life cycle, making of them the main features of the bright objects in the collection BrecceT. The wood used for the structure is obtained respectively from two different trees: in one case it’s from specimens of Himalayan cedar (Cedrus Deodara) died of natural causes, or simply from Oak. The lighting element has shaped from an extra-clear epoxy resin casting, then processed and modeled on the wooden parts, creating a striking contrast effect between materiality of the opaque part (wood) and translucency of the semi-transparent component (resin). The warm white light source (3000K), contained in the heart of the lamp is a strip of 200 microLED per meter, in color selection and with high brightness, is controlled via Sensible Touch Dimmer, which allows switching on and off and adjusting light intensity with a simple touch, more or less prolonged, by the iron "staple" on the upper surface of the object.
