Syrah Residence

The Syrah Residence is a housing development of 10 semi-detached houses with a contemporary design that share a private street and a swimming pool area. The typology of the houses has a internal courtyard used to bring light and fresh air for the rooms that stays around it. Thus, the interior of the houses has this peculiar light that illuminates and connect the spaces of the house. Also has a nice back yard and a sheltered garage. The architectural plan was designed placing the upper floor as a shader volume that brings shadow and protects the garage and the entrance door. This way, along with the courtyard makes the environment inside the houses cooler.
