In this 2000 sqm project conceptualized in 2012 for the Fortune Town Sales Office in Huai'an, the stairs, balconies, columns and skylights are arranged to create a vertical “promenade architecturale." In the center of the space stands a majestic double spiral iron staircase under a luminous verrière, drawing the view immediately upward. The space was originally one story, with no natural light from above. With the added second story and skylight, the hall is given the grand spaciousness of a museum or theater. On each side, VIP rooms are perched, overlooking the exhibition hall. Facing a landscape garden is the lounge area, where walls upholstered with red padded leather create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
