This 800 sqm office in Shanghai was designed in 2011 to be a showcase for the company's competency, creativity and leadership in the construction field. The monotonous rectangular layout is broken up by slanted lines, and the cumbersome support structures are hidden behind built-in furniture, offering broad sight lines. To maintain this openness, individual offices are interconnected, but distinguishable. The finance office, requiring more privacy, is relegated to the back of the space. In the center of the offices is a tea area, giving the staff an area to relax or hold informal meetings. Check out the link on the left more more information and pictures about this project.
