The basic concept of the apartment tower is an assembly of two superimposed parts. The first that has 30 apartments of 155 m2 (type B) having 6 units per floor with four cores of high speed elevators. The next part contains 24 apartments (one per level) ranging between 240 and 350 m2 (type A) that are designed as 3 towers with very thin tips that top off the building lightly to reduce the weight of the whole building.
The project proposes to have more than 1,000 m2 of common green areas: Gardens, terraces, playgrounds, etc complemented by first class amenities, such as: semi-Olympic pool, sun deck, terrace, jacuzzi and wading pool, gym, office center and game room.
The buildings are designed as open floor plans with natural views, lighting and ventilation having double facade, outward and to the central atrium which creates environments, spatial quality and light intensity different for each space.
