LOCATION RELIEF was used as a first project clue. In fact, there were individuated two main areas: the “higher one” characterized with the low ground slope where is predicted placement for the most of small objects (apartments and commune spaces) and the “lower one” characterized with much higher ground slope. That slope was used as a space to place an underground parking lot that serves an entire complex (180 parking spaces) and realization of an exclusive HOTEL with all surrounding facilities (4000sm) and panoramic restaurant on the roof.
THERMAL CENTRE was inspired by existence of the holy well in the north-east part of the lot. Quality of water in this location motivate a project idea to realization of thermal centre according to Europe standards, with a dimension calculated as it can be used by entire complex.
EU village – the project predict realization of 10 independent complexes, with capacity of 20-25 guests each. Building collocation is designed by projecting the Europe geographic map on the plan of project area. In fact, that was the main concept of EU village – to create “Europe in small”. Following that idea, project individuated an exact position of capital cities of 10 selected countries, position used for creating main pedestrian and car communication as well as placement of single touristic complexes. Architectural design of each complex is inspired by the traditional architecture of country that it represents. Beyond apartments each complex contains a central common building with a function of media, internet point, place of social aggregation inside of each complex. Those buildings are designed similar by shape and size between them in all the countries, and they will be realized as a modern structures (dominant glass as material). The main difference between them is achieved by changing their chromatism (each country is characterized by one color) as well as by presence of typical vegetation of the 10 countries. Those signs can be used also as easy way to recognize various countries.
COMUNICATIONS – the project predicts two car access to the complex. Primary one will be realized from the north-east leads directly to the underground garage dimensioned for total complex needs, that is in direct connection with the hotel. Secondary access is predicted on the south side of area, and it leads to a small open parking lot located immediately next to the access. That parking is covered with a photovoltaic panels dimensioned to produce enough energy supply for recharging of golf cars as a main way of communication inside of EUvillage.
ADDITIONAL FACILITIES – EUvillage contains a waste number of additional facilities servicing entire complex, such as: restaurant of traditional Serbian kitchen, panoramic restaurant located on a “green hotel roof” (international kitchen),vineyards, canteens, golf courses,…
ENERGETICAL PARAMETERS – the complete intervention will be realized according to highest Europe standards in field of reducing energy consumption systems. The project predict also realization of alternative energy producing systems (solar and photovoltaic panels).
The project predicts complete urban, touristic and architectonical redevelopment of entire aria “Cerje” located in the close periphery of Topola. Location, with total surface of 25he is characterized by a direct connection with the center of Topola and it is particularly emphasized by unique view to the beautiful landscape and intact nature of central Serbia, just as with it’s cultural and historical monuments (Oplenac).LOCATION RELIEF was used as a first project clue.
