Butterfly apartment in silent center of Riga

Butterfly’s flight at nightfall. It is an apartment interior design and living-space planning in one of the most beautiful Art Nouveau buildings in Riga. As a basic motive was chosen ‘a butterfly flight’, which repeats in various elements (fireplace, door and tiles). The design of the apartment is based on the selection of new materials and constructive interior design solutions, which not only create lightness but also interconnects Art Nouveau with modern requirements. The accents: attractive pattern of supple lines and curves on doors and elsewhere, steps with no visible support, tile pattern with lights worked in the floor, decorative wall paintings, glass construction use.
