Within a junction of several agencies in Dusseldorf Vodafone plans to build two central campuses in Dusseldorf and Ratingen. The Dusseldorf site is on the former areal of Gatzweiler an old traditional beer company in the city center of Dusseldorf. The competition on the urban development on the new order of this area was won by HPP in 2003. Inspiring working fields are also from main importance as a new building that reflects the corporate culture and a high quality in use connected to energy efficiency.
A LEED gold certification is aimed for its energy efficiency.
