MUZEUM PANA TADEUSZA | Ico Migliore
2nd PRIZE for THE PERMANENT EXHIBITION PROJECT Wrocław / Poland / 2012
1
A simple and clear journey through different scenarios for unique and emotional experience inside the new Pan Tadeusz Museum in Wrocław/Poland.
The poem as a fil rouge through the entire exposition that connects different spaces, narrative figures that guide the visitor across the story and central elements that allows the knowledge sharing for individuals and groups. A new innovative and multimedial museum in the centre of Wrocław, the 2016 Capital of Culture.
An illuminated installation inside the museums courtyard indicates the heart of the museum – an original manuscript of the greatest national literature work - “Pan Tadeusz” by Adam Mickiewicz.
Inside, a system of light elements highlighting the existing historical architecture and like “characters in the poem” interact creating a memorable story.
