the concept of an open office and a modern shopping hall was transfered to the school project. a huge multifunctional hall and a small gym with a coffee bar on the top, constitute the centre of the school. around the centre are open cubes with different sizes and functions arranged like in shopping malls. sunlight flows through the cubes into the building, so a very friendly atmosphere dominates inside. on the top of the building are two homebases for the pupils in the secondary school, and a conference room or the teachers. furthermore, there is a huge roof terrace above the multifunctional hall which can be entered from the homebases.
