ZZA has been doing a lot of high end offices. Having completed their earlier office in Worli, ZZA was called upon by Emkay Global to make their corporate headquarters in the impressive ‘The Ruby’ office building in Dadar. The large floor plate of 15000 sq.ft. had a challenging requirement base. As we had previously done their main office, it was much easier to set the project rolling. This highly well trusted project has a plethora of high end materials used effectively like Satvario Marble, imported lighting from some of the best brands across the world such as XAC & Flos, customized trading desks from Wipro etc. The concept of incorporating a warm and inviting executive waiting lounge was highly appreciated in the overall scheme.
