Market & Leisure Center in the district of Tetuan_Madrid Mercado & Centro de Ocio en el distrito de Tetuán_Madrid ​ The project promotes the commercial axis of the street Bravo Murillo improving the transverse communications towards the street as well as generating different poles of attraction in strategic points of the street. For this, there is realized an analysis that identifies the lots that are in poor condition or lots of opportunity, to propose different solutions for his regeneration. In a scale of neighborhood, in the project there has developed the pole of the biggest attraction, The current Maravillas Market. It has completely remodelled to turning it into a building of mixed uses that shelters the new market, sports and leisure equipments and a great public space in his roof. In this way , we gives solves a solution to the problematics of the scanty dotacional soil and the deficiency of public space and certain equipments in the zone. This space has direct connection with the street across an urban elevator and is accessible during 24h.  El proyecto trata de potenciar el eje comercial de la calle Bravo Murillo mejorando las comunicaciones transversales hacia la calle así como generando diferentes núcleos de atracción en puntos estratégicos de la calle. Para ello se realiza un análisis en el que se identifican solares en mal estado o solares de oportunidad para en ellos proponer diferentes soluciones para su regeneración. A escala de barrio, en el proyecto se ha desarrollado el polo de atracción más grande, El actual Mercado Maravillas y se ha remodelado totalmente hasta convertirlo en un edificio de usos mixtos que alberga el nuevo mercado, equipamientos deportivos y de ocio además de un gran espacio público en su cubierta. De esta manera se da solución a la problemática del escaso suelo dotacional y la deficiencia de espacio público y ciertos equipamientos en la zona. Este espacio tiene conexión directa con la calle a través de un ascensor urbano y es accesible durante 24h.
