Considering the local protection of the building, the project maintains the existing facades and the exterior volume of the house, emptying the interior in order to adapt the house to the new program of the Foundation. The renovation includes an exhibition space on the ground floor, a reconstruction of the original house on the first floor and document storage on the second floor, with a double-height space which includes a reading room on a mezzanine.
