Located in the former convent of Saint Francis of Assisi (XIV century), the old parish cinema hall was not complying with the law. The work of reinforcement, renovation and restoration of part of the property allowed to set up a conference hall with 240 seats, complete with mechanical and electrical systems, elevator, audio-video, room automation, translation control room, etc.. .. All fittings have been customized and handcrafted, tailored according to the specifications provided by the University of Mantova.
