The project’s idea is to create an optical illusion perceived differently in relation to the distance between the subject and the building. It simulates the action of entering into the colour’s essence while approaching. This illusion was created through the logo’s pixel enlargement of the (mentioned) company, replicated on the east side of the building. A person can distinguish the logo from distance but, while approaching to the building, the colour decomposes and all the elements that compose it are clearly visible. The elements are perceived as a whole of monochrome shapes that recall that of the pixels, perfectly in relation to the logo’s colours. The colour of the logo is blue and that of the colours on the rest of the surface are tones from blue to white, following a descending spectrum. The relation between the building and the environment is also extremely important; therefore the colours recall that of the sky and clouds. This is enlightened on the west side of the building where it is represented a slice of sky, precisely a cloud, that, from the top to the bottom, and then towards the building, is broken into many pixels.
