The task of building to function for the family, and the designing during which the entire its development has sprat in different directions, through the diverse layers, but always on the same axis of rotation, that is, of the same fulcrum. Allegorically, the family as the main support in life of an individual, becomes one of the primary goals of the project and its subsequent use of the object. In addition to the capital relation of the masses by already mentioned principle, the same principle occurs in the interior layout. Pulled in, while easily readable, north street facade is different from the southern facade which aims to be consistent with the park and greenery. The entrance to the lot and then the object followed by the water mirror that dives into the building, while the other end goes into a pool that refines foreseen landscape architecture. Contrary to the ground floor that follows the line of the park and evenly it connects with the green and the rest of the park, the entire volume of the upper floors clearly sails into nature. The greatest attention was paid to the living area connecting with the rest of the plot, which is a distinct leveling contributed to the expansion of spatial and visual solution of parterre. Although its content is for semi-public purposes, law firm investors, inconspicuously integrated with the ground, it has an independent entrance, hidden warm link to the rest of the building and the visual link with the part of the garden furnishing. The design complied all the requirements of the task, paying attention to the functionality and sustainability of the object.
