House in Wrocław

This house was inspired by the old barn which was near our site. This barn was demolished but one year later we started building our development – our home and office in Wroclaw. We hope that it reflects the impression that has left in us the simplicity and beauty of the past architecture. The project characterized balance between the traditional shape and the modern detail. Other crucial point in creating this Do-It-Yourself project was low budget which have to be strictly kept – finally it was 550euro/sq m. Thanks to the simplicity and moderation our barnhouse perfectly blend into the surrounding meadows landscape. House is the winner in "Piękny Wrocław 2012" competition, so it is the best single family house in the city.
