This single-family house was a challenge. The client wanted a 3 bedroom house and the terrain is very narrow which obliged the house to be only 6,30m wide.
On the ground level we located the living room and the kitchen and on the 1º floor the 3 bedrooms.
The design of the house emerged according to function. Since the regulation does not allow openings in the side of the house, the solution underwent to turn the rooms to the south-east and north-west.
At the back end of the terrain we located the garage and laundry room, semi buried because of the terrain topography.
