The proposal made by Studio Marco Piva and DGI Design aims to maximize land use without sacrificing green space, creating solutions that will make Feng Tai both an international icon and sustainable city of the future.
A radical new proposal for a city center which works within existing urban parameters but creates a new type of living and working environment.
Goals
Control development effectively, deal with traffic, create an attractive, efficient and livable environment which could position the City Financial District for growth and success. A plan that follows the principals of the twelfth five year plan to create a scientific and harmonious environment which balances economic opportunity and social development.
