Loft Conversion | All Done Design

This is a Loft Conversion in North London which involved Loft Conversion. Existing Loft had 2 small sized Bedrooms seperated by a central stairwell. Client's brief was to create bigger space in loft so that it can house required functional spaces. Full rear dormer was proposed to fulfill the space requirements. As a result we were able to create 2 spacious bedrooms for the client where Bedroom 1 was connected to a big storage room and bedroom 2 had its own office space at the rear. Toilet with shower was created at the rear of the Hallway to serve both bedrooms. Existing Chimney Breast was removed to make space for the shower. Further client wanted to get rid of the dormer windows at the front but planning was not granted for this. So to bring in more natural sunlight a couple of Roof lights were added at the front above bedroom 2 and the stairwell. Proposed rear windows offer natural light and views to the office area , toilet and the bedroom 1 which adds a greater experience for the occupants.
