The urban characteristics of the surrounding terrain were key to choosing the architectural party. An open condominium, trees such as tunnels, neighboring homes with clay tiles and wooden windows. A concrete slab marks the entrance, and covers the garage, hall and service; tears in the structure form two internal courtyards bib as a result of the sidewalk, which ensure ventilation and sunlight. The gate set back three meters yielding the required setback for the narrow public footpath and the hall happening outside the main body of the house, ensure privacy even with the fence going in large glass panes. The wooden structure on butterfly marks the largest living area, divided into three stages: bedrooms, living area and wet. The dosmitórios concentrated in one of the currencies, with private patios, ample visual permitted by annulment of the masonry in an integrated plant in this sense also a balcony with barbecue as a continuation of the house, secured the visual and spatial occupation of all land.
