this is a proposal for a detached villa, situated in the middle of the Ribatejo plains, isolated on a plot where tranquility reigns. the solution tries to achieve a single storey dwelling with spaces with lots of light and driven into the ground, providing privacy and quality of dwelling. is a house designed and targeted to a family specifies, a couple with 3 children aged that allow them some independence, so the couple master bedroom was located on the 1st floor, attached to a library with a large mezzanine over the room seating. The exterior design follows lines simple and sober, trying to get a break with the traditional local architecture, trying to promoting a difference and a stamp image very own for the house they want to build.
