Villa CMV

The project involves the construction of a detached house with two floors, garage and swimming pool. The living area is located on the ground floor. The main façade has the garage, the entrance and the kitchen area, which includes a laundry room, a pantry and a toilet. The courtyard, the dining area and the staircase leading to the first floor are located in the centre of the house. The living room is situated on the rear facade, facing away from the street. Access to the pool and the garden is through the porch. The garden includes an area for vegetable growing and gardening. The aforementioned staircase leads to the top floor, where are placed the bedrooms: two single rooms, two double rooms and two complete bathrooms, one en suite. Each room has a fitted wardrobe. The landing space is distributed around the courtyard, which illuminates, ventilates and above all structures the floor of the house. The roof is flat and non-accessible.
