This project was about a Unifamiliar House. The professor basically only gave us three sheets of papers. The first one with the R.E. ESPECIAL RESIDENCIAL LAW of the land which we had to follow, the second one was about the topography of the land which had a 2 m high slope divided into 4 sections of .50m high and the third page was about the construction lines, easement line, the detailed amount of rooms and bathrooms the house had to include and the info of the land measurement which was a 375m2! YES... 25 m x 15 m . which had to include (The parenthesis means that it was my decision to located in x place): *4 bedrooms which were: -Master Bedroom located in the ( 1st High ) -2nd and 3rd double Bedrooms located in the ( 2nd high ) -Service Bedroom located in the (PB PLAN) * 4 Bathrooms: -Visitors Half/Bathroom in the ( PB plan ) -Master Bedroom Complete Bathroom in the (1st high ) -Sharing Bathroom for 2nd and 3rd Bedroom in the ( 2nd High) *Living and Dining room *Family room (Which in my design is underground) *Kitchen *Laundry room My design is a little beat strange since my inspiration was practically "Breaking the rules" but at the same time giving it a logical sense by an easy communication between spaces. So as you can see in the pictures i had 2 floors, the PB and the underground. My service part of the house where the (laundry room, kitchen, service room and bathroom) were located was on the left side. The other big 'kinda building with the stairs is where the living and dinning room, bedrooms, and family room were located which means that there's a gap between those structures. That was exactly what i wanted to do. I wanted to give the "owner" the pleasure of having an open area which lead to where the Infinity pool was located (which from the living room Glass wall u could see clearly). The stairs gave easy communication along the principal structure. This house had two entrance doors, the principal entrance and service entrance which was right beside the garage (with no roof i know it's bad i got a bad critique but the thing is that if i tried to roof that section my facade wouldn't look the way i wanted too) i guess i learned that it's about being practical and artistic u can never separate those two terms right? If there's any question u can always ask :) Hope u like it NOTE : I know my style is a lot tending to Modern kinda Le Corbusier guess he's one of my Arq. Role models.
