AResidenze

AResidenze è il progetto di un fabbricato destinato ad appartamenti e negozi. Situato su un lotto d'angolo lungo un'importante direttrice extraurbana del paese, all'estremo sud, e prospiciente un parco pubblico ed aree di verde attrezzato per attività sportive, l'edificio si inserisce in una zona residenziale molto richiesta per la presenza delle attrezzature ricreative e di svago e frequentata nella bella stagione da famiglie e bambini.

La struttura si compone di quattro livelli serviti da scale ed ascensori. Un piano parzialmente sottoposto rispetto alle quote stradali, destinato a parcheggio, è organizzato con box indipendenti che si affacciano su spazi di distribuzione scoperti, a cielo libero, ventilati ed esposti alla luce naturale.

Il piano terra per negozi e attività commerciali, lungo la strada principale, si apre con ampie superfici vetrate su degli spazi porticati che schermano il caldo sole estivo di ponente. I due piani superiori sono destinati a residenze. Particolarmente curati nel progetto degli spazi interni, gli appartamenti sono dotati di affacci contrapposti per favorire la ventilazione interna, e di verande coperte che integrano e prolungano gli spazi a giorno.

Il progetto coglie l'occasione offerta dal lotto d'angolo per frammentare la struttura in corpi di fabbrica differenziati coincidenti con le superfici degli appartamenti. I volumi, differenziati nelle forme e nei trattamenti superficiali, si contrappongono liberamente presentando inattese prospettive. Ciò per sottolineare il carattere individuale dell'abitare e per mitigare l'impatto urbanistico delle volumetrie inserite in una zona caratterizzata da fabbricati indipendenti monofamiliari. Approvato dalla committenza, il progetto ha ottenuto le necessarie autorizzazioni urbanistiche. La crisi economica ed immobiliare del 2010 ha sospeso la realizzazione dell'opera.

AR building for apartments and shops

AResidenze is the project of a building destined to flats and shops. Located on a corner lot along a major suburban route in the country, in the extreme south, and facing a public park and green areas equipped for sports activities, the building forms part of a residential area for the presence of recreational and entertainment facilities and frequented in summer by families and children.

The structure consists of four levels served by stairs and elevators. A partial plan submitted with respect to road allowances, intended for parking is arranged with independent box facing deployment areas uncovered, free, ventilated air and exposed to natural light.

The ground floor, for shops and businesses along the main street, opens with large glass surfaces on porches spaces that shield the hot summer sun. The two upper floors are intended for residences. Particularly cared in the design of interior spaces, the apartments have opposing views to facilitate the internal ventilation, and lanais that integrate and extend open spaces.

The project takes the opportunity offered by the corner lot to fragment the buildings structure differentiated coincident with the surfaces of the apartments. The volumes, differentiated in shapes and surface treatments, are battling it out freely presenting unexpected perspectives. This is to emphasize the individual character of living and to mitigate the impact of urban volumes inserted in an area characterized by buildings independent of single-family homes. Approved by the customer, the project has obtained the necessary planning permissions. The economic downturn and 2010 real estate has suspended the project execution stage.
