L’altezza standard dei pannelli è di cm. 100. Questo procedimento garantisce lunghissima durata ed elevata resistenza all’attacco delle ossidazioni ed aggressioni chimiche sotterranee. Il pannello è completato al suo interno da una schiumatura in resina poliuretanica ad alta densità, avente lo scopo di eliminare le dispersioni di calore verso il terreno retrostante. I pannelli sono allineati alla base mediante un profilato zincato ad alto spessore, preventivamente fissato alla soletta. Un giunto maschio-femmina sulla costa verticale del pannello aumenta la rigidità e continuità della parete e facilita il montaggio. Un secondo profilato zincato, posto sul coronamento dei pannelli, allinea la struttura e consente la posa del particolare trafilato in alluminio, cui sarà agganciato il rivestimento in telo di PVC (liner). Questo accorgimento consente nel futuro la rimozione del telo stesso per eventuale manutenzione, senza intervenire sulla struttura esistente IMPIANTO DI FILTRAZIONE E CIRCOLAZIONE RIVESTIMENTO VASCA IN TELO DI PVC nero (LINER) Eseguito mediante posa di membrana calandrata in cloruro di polivinile plastificato, con armatura interna in tessuto poliestere, spessore totale 1,5 mm, che conferisce al telo una robustezza eccezionale. (conforme alle norme UNI ISO 9001) L’aggiunta di fungicidi e battericidi in fase di fabbricazione permette di contrastare in larga misura lo sviluppo di batteri e alghe. Il materiale è imputrescibile ed è stabilizzato ai raggi U.V. Le sue caratteristiche particolari lo rendono inoltre molto resistente all’invecchiamento ed ai prodotti usuali di trattamento delle acque, essendo rispondente alla norma prestazionale UNI 8629/6. La posa in opera è effettuata per sovrapposizione dei lembi di ogni telo per almeno 5 cm e successiva termosaldatura ad aria calda, che garantisce la perfetta fusione tra i due strati. Ogni saldatura è poi ripassata con un cordone di PVC liquido del medesimo colore, per rifinire il lembo a vista del telo. Perimetralmente il telo è agganciato mediante un doppio bordino in PVC ad un profilato a sagoma speciale in alluminio, fissato sul coronamento della parete. (In casi particolari può essere impiegato per il fissaggio anche uno speciale lamierino d’alluminio, anch’esso rivestito in PVC).Al fine di ottenere il miglior risultato estetico finale, il piano di posa deve presentarsi il più regolare possibile, con superficie tipo intonaco civile frattazzato fino e il bordo vasca deve essere perfettamente orizzontale.Il prezzo esposto comprende gli oneri derivanti da sfridi, nonché le sagomature e tagli in corrispondenza di bocchette d’immissione, fari, pozzetto di fondo, ecc.
