The position of the harbour plays a cardinal role for this intervention. Thinked like a pivotal point for all the relations, it becames ground of osmotic connection between the different features of the place. So the concept it is a kind of longitudinal de-materialization from the rock to the sand and of transversal composition from ground to water. The thorough analysis of the project concentrates on the last part of the masterplan where the accomodations it disappears under the ground level with a low piazza and several nocturnal and diurnal activities. The use of small flat roof orientated through the needs allows to the structure to be flexible and to use, in some cases, even the top of the surface. All the material utilised in the project are local such the elm wood and the tuff stone. For each space are been studied several different ways to get natural lighting with a strategy that involves all the sides.
