The goal of this project was to create a stimulating workplace for the employees but also as an astonishing place for the possible clients ad visitors, in order to show them the ability of the Agency in the creation of extraordinary, stunning spaces.

L'obiettivo del progetto era di creare un ambiente che fosse da un lato stimolante per gli impiegati, dall'altro lato capace di sorprendere e meravigliare i visitatori ed i clienti esterni, dimostrando loro "dal vivo" l'abilità dello Studio stesso nel creare ambienti e spazi decisamente fuori dall'ordinario.

Il progetto si sviluppa su due piani; al piano primo sono stati concentrati gli ambienti di lavoro, organizzati in open space e supportati da alcuni luoghi specifici, di notevole impatto visivo, deputati all’incontro, allo svago e al relax e attorno ai quali si articola l'intero "scenario" architettonico.
Al secondo piano sono invece collocate le sale riunioni e l’area break per il personale, in un'atmosfera decisamente più formale ma resa comunque vivace dalla presenza vistosamente scenografica della pensilina a sbalzo posta all’arrivo della scale, sulla cui parete frontale trova posto anche un grande giardino verticale, che accentua l'effetto di sorpresa in chi proviene dal piano inferiore.

On the first floor the work environment is an open - plan space supported by some specific support's areas of considerable visual impact, intended for meetings, recreation and relax.

Here the space is articulated by the joint of three elements: a sculptural structure which serves as an informal meeting room for the staff (the "C Shape"), a small exhibition area for the technical meetings and the display of projects and materials to the clients, which serves also for temporary exhibitions set up by the employees, and a small, secluded room (the "Secret Room") which is a space for the relax and the concentration.

On the second floor there are the meeting rooms for the clients and a break area for the staff; here the atmosphere is more formal but, however, is made lively by the strikingly scenic presence of the embossed cantilever roof located at the arrival of the stairs, where, furthermore, a large vertical garden on the wall provides a dramatic effect on the visitors who come from the lower floor.
