Design has classic modernist approach albeit characterized by some unique landscaping and interior elements. The exterior color palette is apparently inspired by 1950s Palm Springs modern movement.
Landscaping currently underway since property was purchased in Aug 2007. Front yard completed 2008. Backyard still ongoing. Like someone once said "buying an old home is a never ending project."
