The subject of assignment of bachelor project is a car showroom building with pre-sale service station in Bratislava. The selected site is located on Trnavská cesta in Ružinov area. The objective of the assignment is the design of the project to zone procedure and construction administration containing also the additional documentation of building. The designated plot is located near the cemetery which is situated on the opposite lot. In the area there is low development of mostly industrial and manufacturing buildings as well as residential buildings which are separated by the railway. The car showroom must merge two main functions of exhibition and sales segment together with technical background with pre-sale service station. The shape of the building which is based on the concept and philosophy of Bentley Motors car company helped to achieve this goal and at the same time differentiation of above mentioned functions. Two segments of building are functionally separated but architecturally visually linked to form a compact and consistent building. Surrounding areas consist of paved areas and green in combination with a man-made lake.
