Guangdong Science Centre

Guangdong Science Center located in Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center is a state-level key project with 120 000 square meters of interior construction area being the largest and most advanced science and technology museum in Asia. The Center employs the concept of "Technology Carrier" to direct its design work and is in an abstract shape of Kapok the city flower to Guangzhou City. In consideration of the interior design for such large -are public building we have clear and vivid design concept: the interior design shall look like being born from the building and shall not damage the original spirit of the building shall be in utmost harmony with the architectural form and add glamour to each other. No matter how fine the form is it will gravely spoil and damage the initial ideal of a construction creation if it fails to match the original spirit of a construction. Therefore the interior design for the Center shall not touch the building too much or leave too many traces of decoration or compete with the building for catching people's eyes but keep a low profile as practical as possible. This is the very idea leading us to crate the interior space of Guangdong Science Center.
