„The name says it all“ The styrian cuisine is fabulous, and we gave it the appropriate location, in the heart of Graz. Here exclusively regional delights are found. The architectural challenge was found in adapting the ancient wine hall into a modern restaurant that fits harmoniously in the grown ensemble of the historical building. For that purpose we have fractionally bared the arched roof and gave it some colour. For the seating accommodations there is a variety of choice available, either at the bar, or in a berth, or, if it is preferred, on the table commune. So the space turned more diversified in spite of the 400m2. The wine purchased at the Vinothek may be consumed at the restaurant, too. The Steirer has developed very soon from a insiders’ tip to something very hip.
