Hotel & Commercial tower consists of 50 floors :
the design is inspired from the Islamic Architecture which is required in Makkah by using internal patios to allow the natural ventilation & indirect sunlight access to all the hotel rooms in the upper part of the building & of course this will reduce the energy consumption.
the lower part of the building is designed by an easy way for cars access to the commercial shops .
