The elongated dining table "gumma" is made of horizontal layers of birch plywood, which are exposed by dug out indents creating concentric ellipses and circles of changing topography. Sitting at this table, in a bar-like manner, zigzags the placements enabling comfortable conversation between the four diners. The indents define the way of eating – they could serve as a receptacle for food or a "nest" for silverware. The table is manufactured at bar hight as well. From the "layers" series. Height – 50/110 cm, width – 40 cm, length – 215 cm. 2008
