The project is composed of 30 floors of 125 meters high with five basements assigned for parking . In all options, a set of buildings with a contemporary architectonic image is set out which attempts to organize the surrounding public space in such a way, that a symbiosis takes place between the public and the private areas, creating a pedestrian street below the buildings, which allows interaction in relation to the immediate surroundings. This proposal creates a public space in the confluence of Trang Hung Dao and Hoa Duc Street. The building, because of its movement, becomes a square, a porch, it creates shade, protects from the rain, and in definition, it creates a space for the people and simultaneously permits the identification of the different accesses to the towers.
