The surgery involves the construction of a plan in superelevation with respect to the existing structure, consisting of a ground floor mixed structure pillars bearing masonry. The intervention, in light of the anti-seismic regulations, planned to build a new backbone of the property in elevation, consists of a vertical steel structure and cover in laminated wood. It sought to combine support structure, architecture and sustainability of the property through the use of recyclable materials, such as wood and steel. The project also includes the construction of a solar panel system on the roof dimensioned so that the units in question are energy self-sufficient.
