Celadon’s 24 modern minimalist eco-friendly townhome style condo’s are meticulously designed and a unique addition to Charlotte, North Carolina. These spacious residences feature 10 to 20 foot ceilings with soaring open spaces, fully appointed gourmet European kitchens, luxury master suites and expansive windows. This project allows yourself to live the way you might imagine: a clean and uncluttered open space that is your home. This project won the 2009 "Green Multifamily Project of the Year" award as well as AIA Charlotte's Sustainable Design Award and AIA Charlotte's Honor Design Award in 2009. The project's green features took top priority while maintaining a rich modern vernacular. This one of a kind modern designed condo community has a full range of our Earth-Green Design Solutions, from a large tree save area attached to the city's greenway system to instantaneous hot-water heaters. Celadon's units are also Energy Star Ratedwith over 20 sustainable design features as well as certified LEED Neighborhood Development.
