Is sought for the project an approach wich produces a union between architecture and location. Much of the theoretical body of the architecture of the end of the XX century was developed around the concepts of type and location: the first has a strong relationship with the history (understood as the immediate past), and the second with the environment (climate, topography, local culture). The dialectic between both generates the architecture, concept that distances us from the traditional vision of the Modern Movement (also assumed by the latest "global architecture") which advocated transferred architectures, which only can constitute a cultural error. The protection from east wind, warm and dry, The capturing the humid and fresh winds of the west, and the protection or capture of sunlight depending on the season, have been decisive when planning the general planning of project and the type of housing, thas is a reinterpretation of the traditional interior courtyard house: compact housing typology between party walls, with the main facade oriented to the south with great protection from solar radiation. The spatial sequence of the home (open - closed), with a succession of three courtyards (north, south and central covered), allows to obtain adequate space to be used well in different periods of the year, either within the same period at different times of day. It comes to performing a rational, economic and social architecture, almost anonymous, rescuing the essential values of the local architecture, updating them with current formal language and construction methods.
