The design idea proposed by CMV Architects was to create an “oasis” near a very crowded traffic area. The central Plaza is a public space which will be used by residents and visitors. The idea to open the commercial center with balconies increases the idea of the Plaza. Towers has been designed with different architectural language following their function. Both facades represents modernity and technique, increasing natural lighting and ventilation and open views.
