Iccrea Holding | Sacea

Three are the players that have collaborated in order to provide, in less than three months, a headquarter able to manage more than a thousand jobs on company leader group Iccrea Holding's behalf, aiming at effectively sustaining Cooperative Credit Banks. Guaraldo spa from Paese (Treviso) is the General Contractor in charge of restructuring the three facilities that Iccrea purchased in Rome; Architecture Studio ATP Progetti in Rome has managed the planning execution and Sacea has produced the custom-made furniture. There are two different work stations: an area with two workspaces featuring box-like structures and group workspaces aggregated two by two in an open space. The former is delimited by four sound isolating walls with macroperforated inserts and the latter are frontally divided by subtle sound absorbing microperforated partition walls. Due to the absence of a raised floor, the walls, only 10 cm thick, completely allow the passage of wires. Moreover, in regard to the Dealing Room, Sacea has designed and produced the eightysix workspaces equipped with feature cranes able to hold up four monitors at the same time.
