In the world of Finance, Internet has imposed itself in long-distance transactions that improve the efficiency of the system, but undercut the human relationship between banks and clients. The concept of Banca Mediolanum's financial planners' working points requires a project that would combine functionality and technology of banks operating online as well as the very values of the group: tradition and face to face relationship. Accordingly, in the same environment monitors and terminals that allow direct online transactions coexist, as well as areas suitable for greeting clients and facilitating bank negotiations besides more efficiently operative workspaces.
All the furniture matching the colours of the Mediolanum institutional logo, in light blue and silver grey, was designed by Studio Iosa Ghini Associati in Milan. The walls in faux stone were obtained using a special technique that, as a consequence of a series of plastering applications expressly decorated and sandpapered, led to a result very similar to stone itself.
